Here, there and everywhere

Where I am on the web: I just did a guest post on Fun With Words over at Pencil Tips so I thought I’d put the link here.

Where I am physically: Back in Arlington after a whirlwind trip to Texas to talk schmutz at the JCC in Houston. They have an incredibly well run (and long — two weeks!) book festival. If you’re looking for Jewish authors in Texas, it’s definitely the place to be. (Probably the only time I will be listed in the same brochure as Mitch Albom, yes?) I got to spend a lot of time talking with Ann Stampler, who gave me a good and much-needed intro to marketing 101 for YA books. Easy flight in, easy flight out. Not too much time for sight-seeing but took a quick tour of the art museum and saw an exhibit of art by and inspired by José Guadalupe Posada.
