It’s summer. Maybe your friends are on vacation. Maybe you’re on vacation, too. Or maybe you’re home watching reruns of Saved by the Bell because it’s 1000 degrees outside and you don’t want to leave your basement.
Wherever you are, take a minute and think about the things that make summer feel like summer.
For me, summer is fireflies and lemonade.
Putt putt and s’mores.
Music on the back porch and melting popsicles.
Also, crab chips, which I don’t eat any other time of year.
What are the things that make summer into summer for you?
Write a list in your notebook. Then see if you can do (or eat) one of those things this week!
